If the minimum height is below 25 feet and is due to an obstruction (for example a basketball backboard) please indicate on a floor diagram where that obstruction(s) is. There is no minimum height requirement to host a show but is a consideration in the selection process.

Power Requirements

Please indicate on a floor diagram where power is available. Power is required for a speaker on both back corners of the competition area and on one side for the sound system. If you are hosting a percussion contest, power is required to be available at both the front and back center line of the competition area.

The colorguard Field Day and Premier Contest events will take place in January.

Be aware that the WGI Regional calendar is subject to change and the probable dates for percussion regionals are not known at this time.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

No bid will be complete without the $200.00 sponsorship fee and a letter from the school administrator or facilities manager stating that the facility will be available from 8:00 AM the day of the event until the conclusion of the event. Deadline for letter of availability, sponsorship fee, Contest Bid Form and Show Host Questionnaire is August 24.
